Is this only a shuttle-status page?

The status page is what riders see. Behind it are schedule imports, demand planning, driver assignments, QR and NFC checkpoints, driving records, and operational analytics.

Do riders need an account?

No. Riders open the organization’s public link to check status. While service is active, they can also confirm a ride without providing a name, employee ID, or email address.

Does it show the shuttle on a GPS map?

The current product shows service status based on driver activity and operational updates. It does not provide live GPS tracking or predicted arrival times.

What happened to RoutePulse?

RoutePulse is becoming Is the Shuttle Running? The new name puts the question riders ask at the center, while keeping the planning and operations tools behind it.
